Please notice that some of the forms can now be filled in when they are opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader. These completed forms cannot be saved to disk; however, when completed, they may be printed for your records and so that they can be mailed. Completing forms in this manner will aid with the processing of the registrations. The Region Audition Application and All-State Audition Application forms are posted BUT they will not be accepted via mail. Teachers will need to complete the online registration procedure in order to register students for these orchestral auditions. The Solo & Ensemble Registration form also cannot be completed online. Your local site chair may have alternate registration instructions. Download and use this form only if there are no special instructions from your site chair.
